2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Common examples include: changing your mind, misunderstanding the product description, not knowing how to use the product, or simply not liking the design. Each product page contains an accurate description of what you will receive, so it is the customer’s responsibility to review it before purchase.
3. Reporting a Problem
To request a refund or replacement, you must provide clear context that the product is broken or unusable. This may include screenshots, error messages, or any other relevant information. Once verified, we will attempt to resolve the issue within twenty-four (24) hours but we will usually have a fix with-in a few hours.
4. Examples of Eligible Refunds
- A purchased website template file is corrupted and cannot be opened.
- A digital asset is missing major components that prevent it from being used or unusable.
- A plugin or script does not function as described and cannot be fixed in 24 hours.
